Loreta Sardo provided a most interesting wine and culture itinerary which was executed to perfection by our driver/guide. Our experience included private tours of wineries, tastings, and gourmet lunches at the vineyards overlooking the beautiful countryside. We loved our very personal visits with the olive oil producer, the hand painted tile marker, the cork artisanal workshop, and the young winemaker producing "Talha" wines. One of our fondest memories was a dinner and fado show at a very small, intimate Lisbon restaurant. We explored the historical sites of Lisbon, the Royal Palace in Sintra, the coastal drive by Estoiril and Cascais, and the many ancient sites of Evora. Portugal has so much to offer, and we were happy and thrilled to experience just a few. This tour has provided many fond memories that will be long remembered.

The excellent wine tastings, fabulous food, sightseeing and our knowledgeable guide made this trip so memorable. There was an excellent choice of wineries which allowed us to see wine production on a large scale with state-of-the-art machinery and a small production where grapes were stomped on with bare feet. After a busy day, the 3 hotels offered a comfortable rest. There was a nice mix of 2 full service contemporary hotels and one lovely historic property.

Dear Loreta, now I´m back in the office and wanted to thank you very much for the great organization. Everything went very well, all visits were very interesting and the closing dinner was delicious. A highlight was certainly the cork factory. Our guests were absolutely thrilled. The cheese dairy was very interesting and the tasting with, bread, wine and cheese absolutely delicious. We and our guests were absolutely satisfied and thank you for the great organization (especially because of our flight delay and the ships schedule change) and looking forward to the next trip organized by you.

In September 2017, when we organized the Porto Water Innovation Week, V. was chosen to assure all operational support to the conference, which lasted for three days, and hosted more than 1000 people. Loreta led that team with an impeccable professionalism, planning every single detail of the event, and managing all personnel with mastery. Her dedication, ability to work under stress, and collaborative approach were crucial to the success of the conference.

The accommodations, the wine tastings, and the meals were all top notch. Her extensive search for a wine and gastronomy travel expert paid off in a big way with Loreta, who assembled an amazing itinerary based on her vast knowledge of the regions, the wine and the food. She was accessible, responsive, accommodating, and a sheer joy to work with. Clearly we would not have had the access to the small, family-owned, and uniquely charming wineries that we visited, or the intimate tours and tastings, or the outstanding wines and gourmet feasts. Our small group of 13 was a great size, perfect for getting the optimal group travel experience and for forming what we hope to be lifelong friendships with discerning wine lovers and travelers.
